Good Area, Building Managment Is Crap
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was right next to the Montrose Ave Train station. I didn’t really have any pest issues, but I did see the occasional roach once every few months. My unit was newly renovated. Good location in Bushwick (East Williamsburg is not actually real)
Cons:
The management was so unresponsive and slow! Joe and Hindy are the names you will hear most. Hindy is the best one in the office if you want to attempt to get something done, but they all are not good. You had to call repeatedly and almost threaten them to get anything done. Office personnel were not friendly or helpful. They do not notify you when doing any work in the building, or of any issues, or when cutting off water. The Hallways were grungy and dirty they were NEVER cleaned. I never saw the building sprayed for pest control. Very difficult to get in touch with maintenance as well. Over priced for what you get, there is no washer or dryer in the building. NO AMENITIES AT ALL.
Advice to owner:
Customer service needs some serious work. The lack of responsiveness from The Hamilton Group when people pay thousands of dollars to live there is unacceptable. Pest control at least once a month should ACTUALLY happen. There was a sign saying it would be done, but it never was. Tenants need to be notified of work being done in the building before hand so they can prepare! Install a camera or ring in the front so people’s packages don’t get stolen.
