A Good Place to Live

Pros:
The management company is very responsive and the maintenance team usually takes care of any requests within 24 hours. It's very conveniently located close to the L train and a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
Cons:
The washer and dryer are quite expensive compared to others I've seen.
Advice to owner:
I wish the owner would take care of the basement a little more. It's pretty gross down there doing laundry. But other than that everything is good.

Pros:
The building had central air and heat and was renovated in 2015
Cons:
Rats lived in the walls. Despite the recent renovation the building was filthy. It was gross when I moved in and then management had the audacity to deduct a cleaning fee when I moved out. Way too expensive for what it is. They have laundry in the basement you have to pay for and the machines never worked. Constant issues with management throughout my tenancy. Stuff was always breaking and never getting fixed
