Pros:
Decent sized rooms and good deal for the price. Close to the city and about 30 min walkfrom prime williamsburg. live in super who will try their best to help you. cheap place if youre okay with loud noise and an unkempt building
Cons:
management is very hands off (did not reply to us for 6 months). Can't get in touch with anyone if anything breaks. Heat and hot water shut off multiple times for days at a time during the winter. Really loud street with constant drag racing and screaming. no hired maintenance, it is all gig work and the super is in charge of paying them. building is not very clean
