    Pros:
    pretty quiet, never had an issue with cockroaches, rodents, or even bugs at all
    Cons:
    heat was awful! not very clean hallways or stairwella

    Very cool space, generally nice neighbors.
    Usually clean.
    Cons:
    Hallways leak when it storms. Just an old building.
    Management try’s to take care of the issues that occur but it seems many occur.
    Advice to owner:
    Update the building for the residents, not the empty space downstairs.
