Decent, cheap with roommates

Modern, clean, good floors, decent size bedrooms
Cons:
Lived in the basement, u can hear things running in the ceiling, heat doesn’t reach down as much, had a mouse one time upstairs side

Worst property manager do not move in this building

None i thought the apt was nice but it became a nightmare
Cons:
Basement Apt flooded twice property owner was not helpful in the situation as we had much damage to our personal property. We moved out and they still kept our security deposit.
Also theres a group of guys who hang out in front of the building all the time playing music. Its pretty annoying

Management is shady AF

AC/heat in the unit, dishwasher in the unit, was kept relatively tidy
Cons:
The noise outside was unbearable, loud parties all the time with music thumping through the walls of my room, management is HORRIBLE, they never responded to any of our emails or calls about issues and lied about the rent renewal process to triple the rent cost
Advice to owner:
I don't know how you sleep at night knowing how shady you are

HORRIBLE APARTMENT TO RENT. STAY AWAY.

Close to trains.
Cons:
Where do i start. first the walls are so thin you can hear literally everything. There is no sense of privacy. there are also children upstairs and can hear them play and yell for hours on end. There is always people in the front of the building loitering. People that don’t live in the building. It makes me feel so unsafe. Also management sucks to get something fixed. you have to literally shoot them a bunch of emails or keep calling until someone picks up. Honestly this is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT PEACE AND QUIET. definitely won’t get that here.
Advice to owner:
Sell the place or do something else with the building to keep tenants happy.

Close to train.
Cons:
Walls are so thin you can hear everything. literally everything. You can hear upstairs neighbors and your next door neighbors. i would not recommend this place
Advice to owner:
This place is a scam for renters. Sell the place or do something else with the property.
