Good building to live in

Relatively quiet and no cleanliness issues
Cons:
Could hear the train a bit and delivery drivers had trouble finding it

Entry way into apartment; small building; decent size bathroom; extra storage
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, no secure area for packages, no laundry, smoking, small; dirty common areas
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent to tenants with four large dogs.

Pros:
The super is great and very responsive. For larger issues, the landlord isn't the quickest to respond, but will resolve issues. Things work and are generally in decent working order.
Cons:
I had issues with mold on the windows and tub when I moved in that I had to clean myself. I don't know what it is with the water in this building, but mold seems to grow very quickly. The apartment was not clean when I moved in.
Advice to owner:
Clean the apartments before tenants move in. Remediate all mold prior to them moving in.

Good Value for Money

Pros:
Cheaper than other apartments in the area. Decent-sized studio, high ceiling, good location close to train station. Super is generally responsive.
Cons:
Older heating system with broken thermostat, older stove, hot water runs out rather quickly (can’t fill a bath). No exhaust hood.
Advice to owner:
Please install newer kitchen appliances, most importantly exhaust hoods because I’ve repeatedly activated the fire alarm while cooking.
