Very quiet and cozy building in the middle of "PRIME Bushwick" craziness

Beautiful Building, Miserable Management

Pros:
Pre-war building, exposed brick, access to outdoor area.
Cons:
Faulty appliances, absolutely terrible management, permanent layer of dust and grime everywhere.
Advice to owner:
0/5 stars for property management company (who sneakily hides behind numerous LLCs). Update appliances. Fix leaks. Do a proper deep clean before new tenants arrive. Communicate with tenants in a timely, respectful manner. Notify tenants before trashing items placed in designated communal spaces!!
