great location and super!

Pros:
Super in building is responsive and very helpful, garbage is easy to manage and never builds up.
Cons:
Some tenants are not clean and loud. No roof access or laundry in building.

Very old - lots of minor issues (bathtub floor broken, leaks etc)

Responsive management and great live-in super.
Cons:
Just based on the age of the building and how it’s kept, there has been a few big roaches here and there and an occasional mouse.

great neighbors and friendly building

management was slow to respond when we got locked out and needed help.
hallways were not kept as clean as I liked

If you could care more about people that would be great.
