Good location, not great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, newly updated, good appliances
Cons:
Only one washer and dryer for the entire building and it’s not reliable. Super is not very responsive and doesn’t listen to complaints.
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry situation if you’re up charging for in building laundry!

Fine for A Year
Former Tenant
Pros:
The finishes are modern and not GRAY.
Cons:
Management is MIA. The building is overdue for a cleaning. There is only one washing machine and one dryer, which doesn't work as well as it should.
Advice to owner:

Absolutely Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and subway access
Cons:
Management does not respond EVER to issues. They are absolutely horrible with women tenants. We lived with a constant mold issue for the entire year living there and they still raised our rent 70%.
Advice to owner:
respond to your tenants

Worst landlords ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent building with mostly working appliances. Guys outside downstairs are really sweet and made us feel comfortable with the community. Roof is lovely.
Cons:
Management is hideous. We lived without gas for months until we withheld rent. They are unresponsive and rude and refuse to hold any conversations via writing. In all communications they will request that you call the elusive "Mr. Gold" and take it up with him. They are also incredibly misogynistic and would speak to our apartment of extremely differently than our male friends in the apartment beneath us. Also, they are not afraid to raise your rent by $1000 with improper notice.
Advice to owner:
Get it together.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
nothing, nothing, nothing
Cons:
Everything. this is the worst leasing company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT RENT WITH SEASIDE MANAGEMENT. They raised our rent $1,000 without proper warning. We had no has for two months. They do not answer phone calls or emails.

Horrible Management, Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, amenities, etc
Cons:
Evil property management and owner. Constant violations of law, unreachable. The super blocked every tenant’s phone number.
