Not worth the $$$

Pros:
We were in the first floor and had our own backyard.
High ceiling
Dark floors
Cons:
The super! Will play loud music, disrespectful, low class probs did not have much education.
Packages will disappear even when left INSIDE the building
One of the apts had an infestation so they made it to ours
Advice to owner:
Change the super
Put cameras in hallway (but changing super will suffice probably)
If one apt has and infestation all apts should be force to fumigate specially in such a small and old building

Super and management are the worse

Pros:
High ceilings, terrace, in unit laundry, renovated floors kitchen
Cons:
The super is a low life, smoking weed putting super loud music and getting in fights with his wife. Also they don’t have an extra key if you get locked out which tells you a lot. Management has done nothing about the stolen packages so if you move here you can get shit delivered unless you are home or they will be stolen from INSIDE the building!

Hire a better super and place cameras in hallway
