    5 minute walk to J train, in building laundry, quiet neighbors, decent room size
    Cons:
    Poor management, leaking walls when it rained

    Kept very clean Beautiful furnished rooftop Pretty good soundproofing Amazing natural light Never seen any bugs Super is very nice and available All the amenities
    Cons:
    Bedrooms are small No outlets in the bathroom Tiny fridge No ventilation in kitchen AC units are ridiculously loud
    Advice to owner:
    I think this building may violate fire safety requirements

    Pros:
    ELEVATOR!!, phenomenal rooftop, secure mail situation, clean building/good maintenance team, close to subway, decent neighborhood, relatively sound proof windows
    Cons:
    building management is not super responsive, haven’t been able to gain access to the gym in over two months, laundry is spotty, the street is loud, water damage in our apt from faulty roofing job and leaky balconies
    Advice to owner:
    be more responsive to requests and concerns, especially as far as maintenance goes. also, the laundry situation desperately needs to be solved.

    Pros:
    Laundry and gym in building. Affordable. Great bathtub and roof.
    Cons:
    As with many of these types of buildings, everything thing is new/nice looking, but not the best quality. Very thin walls.
