    Pros:
    They take really good care of the building and the units are set up super nicely
    Cons:
    We had a pretty bad bug problem and the management is super hard to get a hold of. But the supers are awesome!

    the apartment layout is nice
    Cons:
    slow to respond to maintenance requests, it took a year and a half to repair our freezer.
    the building is dirty, it used to be cleaned weekly but this has changed. There is food stuck to the stairs
    Advice to owner:
    Please clean the building and respond more quickly to maintenance requests
