Pros

Residential area, overall quiet. Small units but good if you get along with the people you’re living with.

Cons

The super has changed multiple times, think it’s due to management. Corsair Management is not great, they take awhile to respond and their portal is very glitch-y.

Advice to the owners

Be better at responding and let Rudy live in the building.

Supers are very attentive and respond to order quickly, trash is organized and maintained well

Cons

Building itself is lacking upkeep; odd smells and floors and hallways are unclean; building has a tendency to run either very hot or very cold in the winter
