Don’t have to use heater really in winter
Cons:
Can get hot, laundry machines are barely working and produce disgusting humidity levels, pet waste and overgrown backyard

Nightmare on sublet street

Has a cool courtyard
Cons:
Shittt washer dryer in basement. Rats in walls. Predatory rent increases despite building being rent controlled as of 2013. Terrible water pressure (wayyy rough). Roaches are a big problem bc the basement flooded. The list goes on.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to oversell this middling apt.

Good size, close to everything, decent price for amenities, landlord rarely raises rent
Cons:
Do not expect the landlord to help with anything, including relaying problems to the super to be fixed. Never reads emails or returns calls
Advice to owner:
Actually pay attention to tenants needs, and answer your emails
