    love that the building was really old had a lot of character

    serious need of rat abatement

    Nice building, only 3 units, responsive landlord.
    Cons:
    Appliances are old and outdated and rent continues to rise despite no improvements being made. Heard rats in the walls in my last few months there but never saw them....

    Pros:
    Great location, recently added amenities (washer/dryer in basement + storage lockers). Nice backyard if you live on 1st floor. Owner / management was very responsive for the few issues we've had.
    Cons:
    The radiators don't heat the 1st floor very evenly likely due to bad window insulation in the back of the building. The back rooms required space heaters during the winter.
    Advice to owner:
    Improve the insulation / heating in the back of the building.
