You get what you pay for

Pros:
Affordable apartment, the rooftop was great. Laundry in building was nice but sometimes finicky.
Cons:
Overall pretty dingy, we had an on again off again roach infestation for pretty much the duration of the year stay. the dishwasher was never fixed, apartment wasnt cleaned well upon move in.
