Inept management, dirty building

Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Ignorant management, pests, dirty lobby with pieces of the ceiling falling apart. Super is an idiot.

Loud and disruptive building with not very responsive management

Pros:
The units are nice and Maintence person is responsive for issues in the building
Cons:
The building is very loud and disruptive. It is difficult to get any rest and when this is brought to the landlord or management companies attention it was not addressed and disregarded.
Advice to owner:
Please ensure that residents respect other residents
