DO NOT MOVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice. We all personally fixed up the backyard and since then it has been fun to hang out in.
Cons:
Walls are super thin, building maintenance is not consistent, and safety level is low. We have experienced pests, flooding, package thieves and management loves to take their time sending someone to the building. We had to fight for a new chimney to be put in properly as we discovered the original was a hack job and carbon monoxide was leaking into everyones units. They only care about their money and fail to provide a livable environment for all their tenants. We have all discussed multiple times the amount of individual problems we have in our units.

Avoid at all costs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are good people.
Cons:
- There are mice - There are roaches - The landlord will not make adequate repairs - The landlord exclusively uses unlicensed contractors to do maintenance work - The roof leaks - The basement floods - The dryer takes two rounds to dry your clothes - The backyard is full of scrap metal and busted up concrete that the landlord dumped there - The water boilers are a carbon monoxide hazard - The apartments cost luxury prices for slum conditions
Advice to owner:
Sell the building because you have no business being responsible for people's housing

Not the worst, but has fair share of problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space, great neighbors, nice block and neighborhood
Cons:
Awful landlord, management is hit or miss (most often miss), laundry machines don’t always work well, very obviously cheaply and shoddily built
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect ?
