    Could definitely be worse but could definitely be better. Management sucks

    Pros:
    Calm building, never had issues with tenants, renovated
    Cons:
    Had a roach infestation that took a month to go away. Management is Jewish and will not respond on weekends or Jewish holidays. Front key pad broke numerous times and tenants were unable to gain access to their own apartments.

    Do better

    The apartment was recently renovated so everything looks really nice
    Cons:
    Unfortunately things only look nice I’ve been dealing with a myriad of medium to small problems like leaks ants flys and weird other non roach bugs

    Do things when people call

    Pros:
    New construction. Nice bathtub.
    Cons:
    The owner/manager is completely unhelpful and generally unresponsive. The key pad to get into the building breaks often. It happens about once a month where you need to have someone inside the building come and open the door for you. The trash is always overflowing outside. There are constantly huge rodents in the trash area. There is one washer/dryer unit for 8 apartments (16+ people trying to share one washer dryer). Two of the units (2b & 3a) have small dogs that go absolutely ballistic for 12-18 hours straight every day. You can hear them from the lobby, all the way up to the roof exit. The water pressure is terrible. The water heater is terrible. I’d your roommate showers, you need to wait an hour for the water to reheat. Not worth the price they are charging. .

    Hire someone that actually cares.

    No bugs or prominent dirtiness, apartments are spacious and clean, no problems with any failures
    Cons:
    Laundry is inconsistently working and overpriced, gym is minimal
