Could definitely be worse but could definitely be better. Management sucks

Pros:
Calm building, never had issues with tenants, renovated
Cons:
Had a roach infestation that took a month to go away. Management is Jewish and will not respond on weekends or Jewish holidays. Front key pad broke numerous times and tenants were unable to gain access to their own apartments.

Do better

The apartment was recently renovated so everything looks really nice
Cons:
Unfortunately things only look nice I’ve been dealing with a myriad of medium to small problems like leaks ants flys and weird other non roach bugs
