Solid New Building

Pros

Central air, washer-dryer, no bug infestations, hardwood floors

Cons

Doorbell is confusing for delivery people/visitors, sometimes doesn't work at all. Amenities are okay but have frequent issues (super is responsive and fixes problems somewhat quickly). Exterior of building is (in my opinion) really bland and ugly compared to the brownstones on the rest of the street.
