Basic, Customizable, Expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Lots of space in the units, open plan to do whatever you want with it. * Cool building, cool rooftop, great little neighborhood. * Super is great * In building laundry is pretty decent
Cons:
* Units on the backside get _very little_ light. * Lofts are pretty low clearance, you will hit your head a lot. * Units above basement share floorboards between them, so you can hear people walking next to you. Walls are a little thin, you can hear a decent amount through them (and from floors above and below) * Realllly basic renovation job so they can rent units at a higher price, and they are probably quite overpriced. * Big management company is pretty detached and can be hard to get ahold of. * Huge rent increase every year. * I was lucky to have no rodent problems or leaks, others in the building not so much.

Former Tenant

Great area, friendly neighbors lots of square ft in comparison to NYC. Access to the roof space is a plus.
Cons:
Cockroach issues had to have frequent visits from pest control. Super is hard to contact but eventually will help after multiple times contacting
