Pros:
Nothing at all horrible !!!
Cons:
the landlord is horrible don’t want to fix anything he money hungry and he talk to you very rude because you staying in his house always every two three months he turn off your water for two the three weeks and don’t help you to stay no where while he fix stuff horrible the worst first apartment
Advice to owner:
Give it up you horrible and I hope nobody buys home from you
