    This building needs to be taken over by the city

    Pros:
    If i lost front doro key, it never mattered due to people were always holding the doors open and loitering int he hallways..
    Cons:
    loitering.. extremely hot water.. disgusting tub and bathroom.. extreme rodent investation..
    Advice to owner:
    hire a real super...
