Please be cautious of management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is night, the neighbors are kind. There are only 4 units in the building itself, so the neighbors inherently get closer and try to keep an eye out for one another.
Cons:
The management lacks professional decorum, and maintenance and repairs requests are a JOURNEY. The super was helpful, but when the super changed, we lacked notice.
Advice to owner:
Please get better management.

Do not move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Prospect Park, subway and grocery store.
Cons:
I have had more problems in this apartment than I have had anywhere else. The management company is unresponsive and the landlord seems disinterested.
People play loud music on the street constantly. I recommend looking up the number of noise complaints.
Advice to owner:
Make repairs when tenants bring them to your attention. Waiting for months is unacceptable.

Nice apartment, worst management ever.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lot of space. Great overall location by the park.
Cons:
Largest electric bills I’ve ever seen yet no amount of AC cooled the units. No amount of heat kept it warm. Terribl
Advice to owner:
Leave Bruman Realty and use a different company.

Terrible, please don't
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has washers/dryers in all the apartments.
Cons:
Building is dirty. The street is ridiculously loud, people regularly blocking the building entrance smoking and drinking. Windows cannot sufficiently block out noise of a daily street party. Regular visits from NYPD to this block.
Management is responsive but nothing actually gets fixed for weeks to months if ever. Very poor communication regarding workers showing up to building or apartments for repairs.
Superintendent is absent.
Advice to owner:
Improve soundproofing. Improve communication. New superintendent.
