Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
325 Ocean Avenue offers a highly convenient location near Prospect Park and public transit, appreciated for spacious units and friendly neighbors. However, tenants frequently report issues with poor cleanliness in common areas, persistent pest problems, and ineffective garbage management. Management responsiveness is consistently criticized as slow or unhelpful, contributing to tenant frustration. Heating generally works well, but water pressure and noise levels vary. Residents commend the super’s friendliness but note he is often overwhelmed. Building upkeep, especially pest control and maintenance, requires significant improvement for a better living experience. Despite drawbacks, some renters still recommend this building for its location and affordability.

Good location, reasonable rate
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right by the park, right by the train and easy to get into the city. Flatbush is a delightful neighborhood and so is PLG. The super is great and friendly.
Cons:
Common areas in the building are not cleaned regularly. Definitely a cockroach problem.
