2 months without security deposit or rent credit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Size of apartment
Cons:
After I moved in I was told no one has stayed in my apartment for more than a year in at least 7 years.
The water pressure was a dribble. I asked to have it fixed before I moved in - they said they would. I asked many times after and nothing was done.
The temperature dropped below 68. The apartment was freezing. When the heater did work it was with a loud rattling and popping sound.
Many of the apartments on the first floor have bug infestations and regularly have to be sprayed. Mine did as well on the top floor but I only saw 2-3 bugs a day so I didn’t consider it to be as bad as others.
THEY OWE ME OVER $4,000. I have called and spoken on the phone with the billing department four times in the last 7 weeks. The first three times I was told they would get back to me. The final time when I said I was taking them to court they said the credits were sent but it has been 3 weeks and I still have yet to see them.

The heating in this building is non-existent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bus stop on the corner. The 1 bedroom appointment is big.
Cons:
The heat only comes on 2 times a day. But if you call 311 the building management will put it on when the inspectors are coming. Don’t flush your toilet while you’re in the shower. They don’t fix anything in a timely manner. Your packages are not safe. And once in a while you will see a homeless person wondering around in the lobby
Advice to owner:
Nope because they won’t do anything. All they want is for you to pay your rent.
