    It was in a good area
    Cons:
    Old apt that was too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter Bad management expensive for nothing

    Close to Prospect Park
    Cons:
    Unit was not ready to move in: •Puddle of roaches huddling in the hallways, cabinet, inside fridge. •Unit was not clean, previous occupants body fluids and odors remained present. •Fridge handles were broken •Rusty hinges throughout cabinet •Caulked and Painted over black mold •Doors were warped •Irregular water pressure throughout 1 month in: •Roaches still hanging out despite my unit being “exterminated”. I work from home, nobody’s stopped to exterminate anything. •Black substance occasionally coming up through the bathroom drain. •Stolen packages are a regular occurrence.

    Stop robbing people
