Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 55 Linden Boulevard highlight mixed experiences. The building faces challenges such as chronic bed bug issues, roach problems, and unresponsive management, leading some tenants to feel dissatisfied and recommend against living there. However, positive aspects include spacious units, decent cleanliness, and strong water pressure. Some residents appreciate the rent stabilization and responsive super. Suggestions include improving security measures, pest control, and addressing noise disturbances. Overall, while the building has its flaws, those valuing space and a somewhat clean environment might find it suitable with proper expectations and precautions.

You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
We had a 4 bed two bath with lots of sunlight
Cons:
The building had a chronic bed bug infestation that left me no choice but to break our lease.
Advice to owner:
Eradicate the bed bugs and get key fobs for all of your tenants.

Not the worst, but not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap and close to the park
Cons:
The garbage rooms are disgusting and they have a really bad roach problem. Some of the apartments face courtyards that aren't clean and flood. The super and management are really slow to answer. And there has been a case of bedbugs in the last year.
Advice to owner:
Deep clean the garbage rooms
