Pros
• The building is clean and well-maintained. • In-unit dishwasher and laundry facilities are very convenient.
Cons
• Although the unit faces south, a nearby luxury building blocks most of the sunlight. • Heating is electric via the AC system, which makes the apartment cold in winter. • Hot water runs out quickly since it’s electrically heated. • Electricity bills can reach around $1,000 per month during colder seasons, making overall living costs very high.
Advice to the owners
Please improve the heating and hot water system, and consider being more transparent about utility costs
