Good apartments size , building has potential

Pros:
- Amazon Box to store packages safely - Good heating - The apartments are big!
Cons:
- They still steal packages even though there are cameras - The garbage issue causes rat + roaches in apartments - Neighbors constantly have loud music on - Smoking in lobby - porter comes occasionally and cleans lobby - people will pee in the staircase - apartments are outdated because landlord doesn’t want to pay to update
