Amenities? There’s a tiny, tiny basement gym. It’s filthy. If you’re over 5”7 you cannot use the the treadmill without banging your head on the ceiling. And when the basement flooded, it was covered in dead worms for weeks! So fun! There’s a basement laundry room, also filthy with constantly broken machines. There’s a roof…with nothing on it for you to enjoy but garbage. And there’s an elevator? Also breaks constantly! There are trash rooms, but they’re way too small for the building and overflow all the time. There’s a video doorman system but that’s kind of pointless when the front door is broken, which is often. I feel like calling these things amenities is a stretch in itself, but yeah they’re all garbage.
