    amazing neighbors and good location
    Cons:
    HORRIBLE management, they let other tenants create unsanitary living conditions for the other tenants and don't fix anything

    Terrible management, decent neighbors, great price for size

    These apartments are huge and cheap
    Cons:
    Management may respond to issues, but they are hardly EVER resolved properly. From plumbing to pests, they hire the most incompetent, unprofessional people to “fix” issues that come back a week later. This fact alone, makes me say STAY away, this is an old building and there are constant issues that are never addressed properly.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire COMPETENT people to fix issues and who know what they are doing, and fix issues completely/ stop trying to bandaid cheap solutions
