Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 60 Turner Place in Brooklyn underscores a clean, well-maintained building with friendly staff and conscientious doormen, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. Residents appreciate spacious apartments and effective pest control routines, though some still report occasional roach issues. Noise disruption is common due to thin walls, and water pressure is often weak. Management responsiveness receives mixed reviews; while some praise staff, others criticize the landlord’s communication and rent handling. Rent increases and non-renewal practices cause concern among tenants, alongside outdated interiors needing renovation. Overall, it offers a decent living experience with room for management and infrastructure improvements.

Pros:
Public places very clean, super clean garbage room three times per day, super very friendly. If anything broken, super very helpful. Never lost my packages, most tenets are friendly. Doorman very responsible.
Cons:
Price keeps going up every year, which is very annoying. Water pressure especially in bathroom pretty week, and tub easily stuck.
Advice to owner:
Don’t raise rent every year
