Good Value and Location

Pros:
Laundry in building, close to grocery stores and subway stations, good value for money, great sun exposure if unit faces the street.
Cons:
No elevator, public hallways could be cleaned better, the building next door has been vacant for over a year and is an eyesore.
Advice to owner:
Repaint and fix the tile in the public spaces.
