Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 1902 Beverley Road reveal a mixed living experience. Tenants value the building's location near public transit, in-building laundry, elevator access, respectful neighbors, and rent stabilization. However, persistent issues include pest infestations, package theft, inconsistent hot water, and cleanliness problems in common areas. Many renters express frustration with slow or unresponsive management and maintenance, citing a need for better communication and a more attentive superintendent.
