    sucks the super have no idea how to fix things

    Pros:
    great location but too dirty
    Cons:
    bad smell at the super apt and never clean the stairs windows never have a window screen and infested with mosquitoes
    Advice to owner:
    you should hire a better super with a knowledge of the needs of the building
