Despite issues it’s a great value

Pros:
Rent stabilized, live-in super is amazing and friendly, laundry in building, elevator, neighbors are kind and welcoming
Cons:
Water bug / roach problem, management is very difficult to contact, older appliances / features, have to pay for laundry, walls and ceilings are thin
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to complaints and problems of the tenants.

Not cheap, but well-maintained

Pros:
Never had any critters. Quiet neighbors and helpful staff. Nice neighborhood.
Cons:
Only two washers/dryers.
Advice to owner:
Rent increases are a bit much.
