No pros at all.
Cons:
Roach problem Heat/Hot water didn't work for a month and half even after persistently calling management. Very old building No one ever cleans anything in the lobby area. Someone spilled alcohol in the lobby weeks ago and it's still there.
Advice to owner:
Hire cleaners for the entire building. Fix the rodent problem.

Nothing.. they didnt even help tenants during covid for the rent nor take any measures to keep clean daily
Cons:
Everything. We have NO super since i was probably 14 years old im currently 27.. no one fixes any issue here. Its always cold never turn on heat. This building is so old. Floors cracked rats and roaches everywhere. The building is never clean. I do not recommend anyone to live in this building. You can only call the super for emergency’s. If you have a issue they have a drop box where it never gets taken care of anyway. This building needs to be inspected by the city. ASAP!! There are so many violations and nothing gets done. But yea of course the rent always has to be on time. If not they harass you and charge late fees.
Advice to owner:
Start taking care of the building and your tenants. This building is a disgusting place to call home
