Generally fine building

Pros:
Fair management, building has been upkept over the years, good amenities, great porters
Cons:
Super takes forever to fix things - even simple things. You have to continually ask him for months for something to be fixed. Recently heard that he harassed/stalked a former tenant and they moved out because of it.
Advice to owner:
Replace the Super

Pros:
Fairly quiet neighbors minus the few problems. Heat and hot water included. Safe.
Cons:
Heat is building controller - had windows open in winter. Smoking smell happens. Building super responsive via text, but fixes were fairly makeshift.
