    Roach and mice infestation, lead in apts and water

    Pros:
    The neighbors are great and don’t really bother
    Cons:
    -your package will get stolen in the lobby
    -mice infestation
    -roach infestation
    -high levels of lead in the water & walls
    -the bell system is very funky doesn’t work at times
    The apartments are very old and outdated. If you are allergic to dust please avoid it at all cost.
