Pros:
Spacious apartments
Exterminator once a month.
Most tenants are religious Jews so the building is quiet during the observation is sabbath.
Cons:
Laundry room feels like a scary movie in basement with roaches all over and 1960’s machines- ONE of each (washer dryer). The smell of pot in the building is overwhelming.
Building is quite old with only on the surface renovations.
Advice to owner:
New laundry room - make it humane.
