It’s a brand new beautiful building . The cleaning team comes 2x a week and do a very good job with the common areas and garbage.

The management team either has no idea what goes on here, or doesn’t care. When you cal about issues they often say it has nothing to do with them. There was no hot water for weeks when we first moved in. When they gave us a tour they told us the roof would have furniture and grill put in - 2 years later and there’s nothing except some furniture tenants have brought up. Was here’s and dryers are frequently broken. No cooling or heat in basement which is where the washers and dryers are so it’s hard to do your laundry at times. The “bike room” they told us we could use is filled with garbage and has been for 2 years. Mold in the basement. Front door frequently broken making it easy for people who do not live here to come in. Walls are thin and it’s very noisy. The paint on the walls in the apartments isn’t paint but primer only. There has been one break in to someone’s apartment and packages are frequently stolen. It’s really a shame because it’s the nicest building I’ve ever lived in in NYC.

Stop telling people this is a luxury building when you give tours or come in and fix it to be one! Treat your tenants with respect - we pay the rent!

Apartment itself is nice and spacious compared to most NYC apartments.

Zero management. Maximillion realty (or whatever name they decide to go by) bought this building and left it to rot once it had tenants. Bike room is filled with construction debris, almost every washer and dryer is broken - they didn't even remove the construction tape from the elevator. Tenants take advantage of no management in the building by renting to Airbnb's, blasting music and stealing packages.

Manage your property, instead of taking money and letting your building turn into dump.

1. New modern building. 2. Up to date ( New) stainless steel appliances provided. Dishwasher and microwave included. 3. All apartments have a balcony. 4. Ceiling to floor thermo windows. 5. In wall air conditioning/ heater units. 6. Built in bathroom heater. 7. Beautiful woodlike floors, marble-like bathroom walls. 8. Thick walls and floors that block out a very good amount of noise. 9. Tap and go keyfob to enter the building. 10. Laundry room, bicycle storage room in basement.

1. I truly, TRULY suspect that this building has many section 8 tenants. I'll just call it for what it is. As the old saying goes "if it walks and quacks like a duck then it's a duck"! 2. Modern building but the immediate area is VERY filthy! As soon as you exit the building there's trash and debris in front of the entrance a lot of which is blowing up and down the sidewalk. A lot of times the lobby is littered with debris from outside. 3. Ceiling to floor thermo windows are a nice touch however it would've been nice if the owners would've provided basic roll up shades. 4. You HAVE to pay for your own heat! Yes there are no radiators in this building so the only source of heat is from the in wall ac/ heater units. These are not ideal because these units are near the ceiling and what does heat do? It RISES! Therefore the unit basically has to put on high and oscillate mode in order to get the place sufficiently warm. Not good at all. 5. Since there are no radiators or a true forced air climate system, the bathroom requires it's own heating unit. 6. Minimal storage ie I have the one bedroom top floor unit and it only has 2 small closets! One in the entry area and the other in the bedroom.

Nice apartments & nice amenities but a few points removed for the ac/ heater units which are not powerful enough with air conditioning and not ideal for heating the apartment efficiently.
