    Good area, building rules are too strict

    Pros:
    Nice neighbors, not far from beach
    Cons:
    cameras are on every corner, landlord is watching your every step; in an elevator, on every wall some papers with the rules and every time something new.. it feels like you live in a prison
    Advice to owner:
    Please use heaters in the winter time
