Lovely apartment, but a bit loud
Pros
The neighbors are respectful and kind, and the building manager is quickly responsive. The apartment is so cute, and I never have to worry about mice or bugs. The bedroom is protected from the noise of flatbush so its not bad for sleeping.
Cons
Living on flatbush can be a bit loud. It's very hot in the summer and the radiator is a bit too hot in the winter, but that's probably to be expected. The bedroom window opens to the next door neighbor's patio space though which can be a bit weird when they are using the space.
Advice to the owners
Lower the rent :)
