    Everything you can think of that you don’t want in a landlord

    Close to the L, j and C train
    Nice neighbors
    Big bedroom
    Cons:
    Dirt and litter at my front door because of people waiting for the bus using my property as a bus shed
    Poor ventilation
    Possibly mold
    Shady lease
    Advice to owner:
    Tenants are not responsible for paying for normal wear and tear of apartment. Thoroughly inspect and check apartments before renting out to New Tenants
