Pros:
Its an old building, but I can barely hear the neighbors
Cons:
Did have a rat problem that was cleared up after the super plugged all the holes

You will absolutely have pest/rodent issues

management is responsive, superintendent but he is slightly unreliable
Cons:
leaks that were never fixed, cockroach hotel (also had a mouse) with little to no solution from management/super/exterminator, wonky appliances, was barely cleaned from last tenants upon moving in
