Location is good.
Cons:
The entire building and grounds are in desperate need of major renovations.
Advice to owner:
None. Their actions of Neglect are deliberate and intentional.

Cons:
We have a pest control problem, and exterminators come on a weekday morning once a month, when everybody’s at work
Advice to owner:
Have some respect, and consideration for your tenants who all work like dogs to pay you your rent. All you do is collect the rent, but give paltry service in return.
