Beware of this Building/Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
large bedrooms and living space, ample storage, great windows and light, very helpful live-in super
Cons:
bed bugs, roaches, silverfish, vermin, negligent management, dysfunctional building lock/door, building security issues
Advice to owner:
the property owner should display just a modicum of care in attending to the tenants’ needs, i.e. concerns about nonresidents having access to the building, stolen packages, significant bed bug infestation, etc., rather than being dismissive and condescending.

If you move here, check the rent history
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ramon the super is great, that’s it.
Cons:
In my time here I dealt with absurdly noisy neighbors, bed bugs in the building (not my floor, but happened multiple times), and management who was unhelpful when they were even able to be reached. The cherry on top though was when we looked up the history on our unit and found the rent was illegally raised on several different occasions to well over what the state allowed. We did finally have this issue resolved, but it took half a year of constant pestering to reach a resolution with mgmt who consistently ignored our emails and calls. If you do move here, I recommend you request (from the state I think) a record of the unit showing the rates the unit has been rented at over time to determine if you are also being overcharged.
Advice to owner:
Go to church.
