Pest control is provided by the building but it does not deter any bugs Additional charge for owning an a/c unit Nauseating odors coming from the hallways Water pressure is incredibly low Balconies are unusable from bug infestation Management is available but unable to resolve any issues stated Uncomfortable interactions with maintenance workers Felt unsafe and unsanitary
