One of a kind in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible blend of preserving the original 1888 industrial building charm with all the modern benefits. Great proximity to the L.
Cons:
Management was slow to respond to service requests. There is no visibility into electrical as a private company is being used with no customer service in place of ConEd.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive
