Pros:
loved the neighborhood and the other tenants when i lived there
Cons:
landlord unresponsive, recently did subpar renovations and is renting at 3-4x what it was before
Advice to owner:
you are meant to maintain the building not just collect rent

Don’t expect to get any sleep..

Pros:
Pest control is great. Never seen a roach or rat in or outside building. Trash is taken care of daily
Cons:
NOISY. haven’t had a good nights sleep ever since I moved. Parties are frequent in the neighborhood (including the back yard of the building) and is right across the street from a mechanic shop so expect to hear motorcycles and car engines go off at 8am every day.
